Frequently asked questions
What do I need to rent?
A valid driver's licence, a credit card in your name, and proof of insurance where required. Everything is uploaded and signed digitally before pickup.
Do I need a brake controller?
Trailers with electric brakes require a working brake controller. We rent wireless controllers for $35 if your vehicle isn't equipped.
What ball size do I need?
Light trailers use a 2" ball; dump, car hauler and equipment trailers use 2 5/16". Each trailer page lists its exact requirement.
How does pricing work?
We publish daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rates. Longer rentals automatically use the cheaper tier. Delivery, damage waiver and accessories are optional.
What about late returns or cleaning?
Late returns are billed at the daily rate per additional day. Trailers returned excessively dirty carry a cleaning fee, which we always show you with photos.
How do inspections work?
You complete a guided walk-around with photos and a digital signature at pickup and again at return. It protects you from any false damage claims.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes — extend from your dashboard as long as the trailer isn't reserved after you. You'll see availability instantly.
